How often should I post?
As often as you can keep up for three months — for most founders that's two or three posts a week. Tell the planner how many minutes you genuinely have and it turns that into a four-week plan, with the days, the formats and what to do in each sitting.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Heyclift, stored, or used to ask you for an email.
How the posting schedule planner works
- 1.You give the planner the minutes a week you'd still have on a bad week.
- 2.It divides that by an honest per-post time: about twenty minutes without filming, about thirty-five with, and a quarter less if you batch.
- 3.The result is capped at five posts a week, spread across days that aren't back to back.
- 4.Each of the four weeks has a different focus, so the plan teaches you something rather than just filling slots.
What it won't do
It can't know your week. If the number it gives you feels like a stretch, halve it — a plan you abandon in week two is worse than a smaller one you keep. It also makes no promise about results; it's a rhythm, not a forecast.
Questions about this tool
How often should I post short-form video?+
As often as you can sustain for three months, which for most founders is two or three posts a week. A burst of daily posting followed by three weeks of silence teaches you less than one post a week that never stops.
How long does one post take?+
From our own posting: about twenty minutes for a text or slideshow post, and about thirty-five when filming is involved. Batching several in one sitting cuts roughly a quarter off each.
Why does the planner cap me at five a week?+
Past five, quality drops before reach rises. If you have that much time, the better use of it is making each post more specific.
Is the posting schedule planner free?+
Yes, and there is no account, no email wall and no usage limit. It runs on your device, so it costs us nothing per use.
Do you store what I type?+
No. There is no server call in this tool at all. Reload the page and everything you entered is gone.
Can I use the output commercially?+
Yes. What you get out is yours to post, edit or ignore, with no credit required.
