What it won't do
A high score isn't a prediction. It means the post is unlikely to fail for an avoidable reason — it doesn't mean the idea is strong, and it can't tell you whether your audience cares. Judge published posts on saves and shares rather than on this score.

Why are the checks weighted?+
Because they aren't equal. A weak opening sinks a post on its own; a slightly small caption doesn't. The weighting means the score reflects what actually decides whether a post travels.
What score is good enough to publish?+
Anything above roughly four fifths. Below that, the first item in the fix list is almost always the real problem — fix it and publish rather than polishing the rest.
Is the pre-publish checklist free?+
Yes, and there is no account, no email wall and no usage limit. It runs on your device, so it costs us nothing per use.
Do you store what I type?+
No. There is no server call in this tool at all. Reload the page and everything you entered is gone.
