Heyclift
About

Hey, we're Lucalvry. We build Heyclift.

A product company automating the social formats that actually drive downloads, tested on our own apps first.

What is Heyclift?

Heyclift is a short-form video tool for founders and small teams who already have a live product. It starts from post formats that have already worked, rebuilds them around your business, and hands back ready-to-publish videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Access opens in waves through a waitlist.

Our journey

We ship small products. Each one eventually reached the same point: the thing worked, and almost nobody knew it existed. SEO brought some conversions, but there is a ceiling to what search alone can do when you are trying to get a mobile app downloaded.

So we did what every founder does. We posted. It went fine for about a week, then it stopped. The reason was simple: every post started from nothing. A blank page, late at night, after a day of actual product work. That is not a discipline problem. That is a bad starting point.

The tools we tried did not fix it. They generated from a blank prompt too, just faster. What changed things was going the other way: start from a post shape that had already worked somewhere, then rebuild it around the product. Same structure, our words. That is the whole idea behind Heyclift.

Today we are building the platform to run that loop end to end: find the formats that fit your product, create the posts, and schedule them. Every part of it is being tested on the apps we already run before it is offered to anyone else.

What we believe

Start from what already worked

Blank prompts are the problem. We rebuild proven post shapes around your product, not the other way around.

Build on real products first

Every format on this site was tested on something we ship ourselves before it was offered to anyone.

No invented numbers

No fake views, no fake scarcity, no growth guarantees. When something is still early, we say so.

Format gets you seen

A strong post shape gets a stranger to stop. Whether they buy is still on you, your product, and your landing page.

The three products it was tested on

We did not build this to sell it first. We built it to grow our own products first. Everything on this site was run on these before it was offered to anyone:

Invoicemonk

Invoicing for freelancers and small businesses. This is where showing beat telling: the annoying part finishing in ten seconds outperformed every description of it.

NakedCalorie

Food and calorie tracking. The faceless post shape came out of not wanting to be the face of the product, and still needing something to go out every week.

Puff Pause

A quit-vaping and habit-breaking app. Wall-of-text posts worked here first, because the audience either recognises the sentence immediately or not at all.

What we will not do is put numbers on that. The formats are in testing on our own products, some longer than others, and quoting a view count we cannot let you verify would undo the only thing this page is for.

What it still doesn't promise

Format gets you seen. The rest is still on you and your product. A good post shape gets a stranger to stop and watch; it does not decide whether they want what you sell, and it cannot rescue a landing page that does not explain the thing.

There is no growth guarantee here, no case study with a chart, and no testimonial we wrote ourselves. When something is still being built, it says coming soon on the page rather than appearing in a screenshot. That is a slower way to sell software, and it is the only version of this we would want to use.
